About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Talent Attraction North America to join our team. As a key member of our Global People & Culture Operating model, you will play a critical role in shaping our talent strategy and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Talent Acquisition function in North America, leading a team of professionals to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent strategy aligned with our global goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective recruitment processes and programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, business leaders, and external partners.
  • Drive business results through data-driven decision making and continuous process improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business results through data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
