Job Title: Head of Strategy

Philips is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our business unit, focusing on accelerating growth, strengthening our competitive market position globally, and identifying strategic initiatives to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of long-term business initiatives to drive growth and deliver strategic projects, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Business, and Transformation colleagues to set strategic goals, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and establish metrics to track progress.
  • Ensure a deep understanding of market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform business decisions and drive portfolio management.
  • Develop and execute strategic communications to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and partners.
  • Present strategic recommendations to the Management team, articulating the rationale, risks, and expected outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in MedTech/Healthcare, preferably with 5+ years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in a Strategy and Business Development role.
  • Proven track record of building significant impact in strategy definition and execution in multinational organizations.
  • Strong portfolio management skills, with experience driving coordinated solutions across hardware, software, consumables, and services.
  • International business experience and in-depth knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
