Position Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Vice President/Director who can engage clients, motivate junior team members, and effectively manage multiple business accounts. This role is ideal for a digital media expert with specific experience in Amazon, aiming to enhance performance for some of the world’s leading brands. Your contributions will significantly impact both our clients' success and our agency's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a growing media team in the planning and execution of campaigns across various retail media platforms, including Amazon, Walmart Media Group, and Kroger.
  • Lead 2-3 client accounts in retail media, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
  • Act as the primary contact for client discussions, facilitating collaboration between media and shopper teams to streamline omni-channel strategies.
  • Manage performance forecasts and budget allocations, providing data-driven insights for recommendations.
  • Identify client challenges and opportunities to foster new business within existing accounts.
  • Develop search strategies and analyses for clients, including keyword recommendations and timing strategies.
  • Establish best practices for operational and promotional strategies in e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Direct both long-term and short-term marketing initiatives to achieve market share and sales targets.
  • Ensure quality assurance and accountability in campaign execution.
  • Communicate effectively about attribution models across retail search partners.
  • Maintain quality control procedures for campaign implementations.
  • Support annual Joint Business Planning negotiations.
  • Explore and pursue new business opportunities while enhancing existing strengths.
  • Collaborate with Publicis Media Commerce practice to deliver top-tier tools and solutions to clients.
  • Contribute to the Commerce Center of Excellence to advance capability development across the agency.
  • Stay informed about market and industry changes, adjusting marketing strategies as necessary.
  • Effectively convey our value proposition, technology, and processes related to the growth of agency accounts.
  • Engage in knowledge sharing with the broader agency and capability teams.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in digital media, with at least 4 years in Retail Media.
  • Experience managing direct reports is preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with the digital landscape and a solid understanding of media planning and buying processes.
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset for achieving objectives.
  • Proficient in media research tools and campaign automation technologies.
  • Strong quantitative skills and proven ability to interpret data.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, demonstrating professionalism and kindness.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
