Healthcare Call Center Representative Opportunity

At A-Line Staffing Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Medical Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Healthcare Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve billing and insurance-related issues
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information to patients and healthcare providers

Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in a customer service or call center role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards

What We Offer:
• Competitive hourly rate of $17.25

Shift Options:
Training: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM, rotating Saturday schedule
