We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Ambulatory Surgery Center business office team. Key Responsibilities- Lead the revenue cycle process, including charge entry, month-end close, and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage a team of professionals, including surgery scheduling, admissions/registration, insurance verification, patient financial counselors, and collections.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance customer service and efficiency.
- Ensure accurate business transactions and processes, requiring a high level of professional judgment and discretion.
- Bachelor's degree in a business or HIM-related field.
- Minimum of five years business office management experience, with three years as a department manager.
- Proficiency in accounting and ability to use computer-automated accounting systems.
- Experience working with all types of third-party payers.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
