### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Admissions Mental Health Therapist to join our team at RADIAS Health. As a key member of our Crisis Stabilization Program, you will play a vital role in providing individual and group therapy, developing treatment plans, and coordinating with case managers and community providers to ensure a continuum of care.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide individual and group therapy to residents, including diagnostic assessments and crisis intervention strategies
* Develop and implement treatment plans, assessments, and crisis intervention strategies in a timely manner
* Coordinate with case managers, family members, and other community providers to ensure a continuum of care
* Function as a primary therapist for residents, providing clinical support and supervision as needed
* Identify individuals prone to behavior emergencies and develop additional programming to address their needs
* Help defuse and de-escalate potential behavior emergencies
* Provide clinical support and supervision to other staff members on-call after hours

### Requirements

* Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field
* Qualified as a Mental Health Professional with a LICSW, LP, LPCC, or LMFT license
* 2,000 hours of experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders
