Embedded Therapist

As a full-time Embedded Bilingual (Spanish) School Based Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you will be part of a team dedicated to improving and expanding access to quality mental health care to youth in an elementary school setting. • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
• Provide consultation to parents and school staff.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Attend school meetings (IEP meetings, Student Intervention team, etc.).

• Preferred Masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields. Or, pursuing Masters level clinical internship/practicum.
• Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant), including collection of co-payments.
• Preferred 1 year of experience with children, adolescents, families.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
