About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student Clerk to join our Power Production Division. This part-time position offers flexible hours during the school year, with no nights or weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct reviews of document libraries to ensure consistency with company standards.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating divisional policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Help maintain and update project documentation in digital project folders and document repositories.
  • Enter and manage metadata for project documents within our engineering document management system.
  • Support the tracking of documents and updates to logs for engineering projects.
  • Perform document control quality checks to ensure documentation from external partners meets divisional requirements.
  • Support teams by assisting with document searches and retrieval as needed.
