Office Data Entry Specialist

HotFoot Recruiters is excited to partner with an autoparts distribution company in Phoenix, Arizona, to fill the position of Data Entry Office Administrator. This role offers flexible options for full-time or part-time work, with a focus on managing data entry and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately and efficiently perform data entry tasks for various business operations, including inventory management, order processing, and customer information.
- Maintain and update company databases and records, ensuring all data is current and correctly filed.
- Assist with general office tasks, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff, including handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Ensure that all data entry and administrative tasks are completed with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and distribution teams to ensure that orders are processed and tracked correctly.
- Manage office supplies and ensure that the office environment is organized and well-maintained.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of office admin/accounting/hr related experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual written and verbal communication skills in English/Mandarin or Spanish/English is highly preferred.
