Requirements

  • Logistics and/or supply chain industry experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency.
  • 1+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative within a call center environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
