Overview

We are looking for a talented Customer Service Delivery Advocate to join our team at Carvana. This role is responsible for facilitating and coordinating the delivery of purchased vehicles to customers.

About the Role

In this role, you will frequently interact with customers in person, by phone, email, and text to coordinate the delivery of vehicles purchased from Carvana. You will also keep and maintain accurate detailed notes of customer interactions and complete a pre-delivery checklist to assure the vehicle is ready for delivery.

What We Offer

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
