Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Hero: Deliver exceptional service during peak hours, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
  2. Maintaining Store Appearance: Organize and restock the store during busy periods, maintaining a clean and appealing environment.
  3. Cashier Expertise: Handle a high volume of transactions efficiently and with a friendly attitude.
  4. Safety Advocate: Ensure a secure shopping environment, adapting to the unique dynamics of the mid/second shift.
  5. Teamwork: Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to meet the demands of the afternoon and early evening.
  6. Cleanliness Champion: Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, including regular upkeep of key areas.
  7. Inventory Management: Manage stock levels and assist with inventory processes to ensure the store is well-equipped for customer needs.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Age Requirement: Must be 21 years or older.
  • Availability: Willingness to work weekends and holidays, embracing the full retail rhythm.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required, including arithmetic operations.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and undergo a criminal history background check.
  • Personality Traits: Friendly demeanor, knack for making people feel welcome, detail-oriented, reliable, responsible, and adaptable.
  • Previous Experience: Retail or customer service experience is appreciated but not required; we emphasize learning on the job.
