We are seeking a highly skilled Member Service Representative to join our team at Service 1st Federal Credit Union. Key Responsibilities
  • Process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
  • Provide personalized service to members, answering questions and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Cross-sell deposit, loan, and convenience services to meet the financial needs of members
  • Research and resolve member account questions and concerns
  • Perform routine tasks, including maintaining cash drawers, verifying and balancing cash, and processing mail transactions
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, cash handling, sales, banking, or financial services
  • High school education or GED
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with members
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to operate a computer
