Executive Support Specialist

Ramp Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-notch administrative support to our CEO and senior executives. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the executive's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and reschedule meetings: Prioritize and reschedule meetings as necessary to accommodate changes in the executive's workload and commitments.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Screen and direct correspondence: Screen and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
- Draft and edit documents: Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Attend meetings: Attend meetings to take minutes, capture action items, and follow up on deliverables.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Project Management: Assist with the planning and execution of special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Personal Attributes: Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing priorities, proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to maintain composure under pressure.
