About the Role

McBride Homes is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in helping homebuyers find their dream home and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home tours and provide detailed information about our beautiful display homes and floor plans
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Perform administrative tasks and maintain a organized sales office
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and provide personalized service to meet their needs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in face-to-face customer service or sales, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, with 2 days off between Tuesday and Thursday
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required
