Financial Operations Role

GTC Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team as an Accounts Payable Staff member.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Processing and verifying invoices and vendor statements.
  • Reconciling discrepancies and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and clients to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of one year related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. An Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  4. Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
