Position Overview: The Provider Enrollment team plays a vital role in managing applications for healthcare providers seeking participation in Montana Healthcare Programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process applications for Medicaid provider enrollment, including revalidations and updates.
- Address inquiries and complaints via email regarding enrollment applications.
- Provide timely communication of resolution options to providers.
- Educate providers on enrollment requirements and assess their needs.
- Verify the accuracy of enrollment documentation.
- Participate in scheduled team meetings and complete mandatory training.
- Maintain daily task tracking for quality assurance.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in all processes.
- Perform clerical duties related to data entry.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year of experience in medical insurance or a medical office setting.
Compensation and Benefits: The estimated hourly pay for this role is $16.50. Conduent offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid holidays, and paid time off.
