Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department at Catholic Charities, assisting with daily activities and functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily administrative functions of the HR office.
  • Provide support to the Chief Administrative Officer, HR Director, and HR Generalist.
  • Maintain employee records from on-boarding to off-boarding.
  • Responsible for new hire orientations and reviewing new hire paperwork.
  • Responsible for filing duties of the HR department.
  • Assist with monitoring visits from funders/grantors as needed.
  • Maintain dates for annual recommended checks for all employees.
  • Maintain and update I-9's, as necessary.
  • Assist in making reference calls.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year's experience in an administrative support position preferred.
  • License and Credentials: Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, must be at least 21 years of age, and have a clean driving record.

Travel Requirements

Up to 25% local travel required.
