The Role:
As a Private Client Services Associate, you'll support a wide range of sophisticated clients, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and business entities. You'll engage in tax planning and consultation, preparing tax returns, and analyzing complex business issues. Our team of experts will guide you through legislative changes, wealth transfer techniques, and charitable giving strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and analyze tax laws, rules, and regulations
• Participate in tax compliance engagements
• Seek guidance, clarification, and feedback
• Support select projects demonstrating creative thinking and individual initiative
• Demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer competitive base compensation, a benefits package, and a discretionary employee bonus program based on individual and firm performance metrics. For individuals hired in Washington, D.C., the expected salary range for this role is $72,500 to $80,000, with the actual salary offer varying based on employee qualifications.

Requirements:
We're seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, and/or an advanced degree in Accounting, Taxation, JD, or LLM. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required. Strong leadership, multitasking, and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to interact with various levels of client and firm management through written and verbal communication.
