You will build transferable skills (sales, marketing, product development/management), delight and educate customers, master a multi-channel communication medium, collaborate with a diverse team of individuals, and truly make a difference for small businesses and their clients. To thrive, you should have: Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred Direct experience in tax, accounting, and/or legal industries preferred Previous Call Center experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Your duties will include: Strive for 100% positive customer touches in all aspects of customer interactions Accurately process orders from a large, diverse product line with attention to detail while identifying appropriate up-selling and cross-selling opportunities Consistently and accurately track and report your performance: orders, sales attempts, and successes Use empathy and active listening when attempting to find solutions to customer problems Enthusiastically embrace sales programs and contests designed to introduce new or enhanced products to customers and prospective customers Maintain clean and accurate customer records, including account information, order details, and customer issues Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to be a key player in our client's success.
