The successful candidate will provide vision and leadership in the architecture, design, and implementation of innovative service management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and modify a cohesive framework of applications, integrations, data, security, SLAs, workflows, and processes in support of a global ServiceNow landscape.
  • Develop end-to-end solutions to customer requirements.
  • Design Service Portal solutions, often in support of custom applications.
  • Provide support for custom applications development and migration.
  • Implement ServiceNow in Domain-separated instances.
  • Support Virtual Agent configuration and development.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant experience with ServiceNow.
  • 3+ years' experience with JavaScript.
  • ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
  • At least 2 years in assessment, building, and designing custom applications on ServiceNow.
  • Deep knowledge of Custom Workspace and CSA.
  • Active CSA + 2 Mainline certifications.
  • Hands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting.
