Administrative Support Specialist

As a Unit Office Clerk at FCH Enterprises, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant's administrative functions. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately verifying, receiving, and consolidating sales and cash information in preparation for the daily deposit. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing invoices, assisting managers with employee files, and posting information from various departments on store bulletin boards.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify and consolidate sales and cash information for daily deposits
Process invoices and maintain accurate records
Assist managers with employee files and personnel matters
Post information from various departments on store bulletin boards
Requirements:
Availability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
Prior experience in cash handling and balancing
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and Google platforms
Strong administrative, customer service, and communication skills
