VP of Sales and Marketing

We are seeking a seasoned sales and marketing leader to drive business growth and market presence for Dexter Laundry Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing leadership, strategic planning, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement robust sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Leadership and Team Management: Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing sales, marketing, and customer service team.
- Sales Management: Design and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Marketing Management: Oversee the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance the company's market position.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Leadership: Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and financial reports.
