Client Overview:

Estimated Salary Range: $18 - $25 per hour, depending on experience

Job Description:

The Accounts Payable Financial Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and processing all aspects of accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers. This position will support financial operations by maintaining vendor records, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify invoices, ensuring proper documentation and approvals are in place
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts to ensure accuracy
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Assist in month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and reporting
  • Support audits by providing requested documentation and explanations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in accounts payable (2+ years preferred)
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications

Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED is required
