Established by a team of health and fitness experts in 2011, we focus on creating personalized fitness journeys for our members. Our expansive facilities feature cutting-edge cardio machines, a diverse range of classes, and amenities such as smoothie bars and Kids Clubs, ensuring a holistic approach to fitness.
Position Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage with children in a designated area of the fitness center, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Plan and facilitate recreational and educational activities, including games, arts and crafts, and storytelling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of toys and materials at the end of each shift.
Qualifications:
- Must obtain First Aid and CPR certification within the first 60 days of employment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with members and staff.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service, particularly in high-pressure situations.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Strong phone communication skills.
- Comfortable handling and caring for children of various ages, including the ability to lift and carry children weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications (Excel, Word, and email).
Available Shifts:
Morning Shift: Monday through Saturday, 9 AM - 12 PM
Evening Shift: Monday through Friday, 5 PM - 8 PM
