About the Role

The Health and Wellness Coach will be responsible for actively engaging members to foster a safe and rewarding fitness experience. This includes building strong relationships with members and guests to facilitate their fitness goals. The ideal candidate will have experience with exercise and/or strength training, strong relationship development skills, and a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities
  • Actively engage members to foster a safe and rewarding fitness experience
  • Build strong relationships with members and guests to facilitate their fitness goals
  • Maintain a healthy, safe, and clean environment in accordance with internal policy
Qualifications
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have experience with exercise and/or strength training
  • Have strong relationship development skills
  • Enjoy working with people to achieve their fitness goals
  • Be able to perform First Aid/CPR/AED/Emergency Oxygen (training provided)
