Job Summary:

Campbell Street Senior Living is seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of our facilities in Iowa's western region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing plans and campaigns to drive awareness and increase occupancy for Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Skilled Nursing facilities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local community organizations, healthcare professionals, and referral sources to promote our facilities.
  • Plan and execute community events, open houses, and informational seminars to showcase our services and engage with potential residents and their families.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, assess competitive positioning, and gather insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, social media posts, and advertisements that reflect the values and benefits of Campbell Street Senior Living's offerings.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
