Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Facilities Supervisor to join our team at TDIndustries. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for supervising the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of assigned facilities and related systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and instruct assigned personnel on daily work tasks and ensure adherence to company policy.
  • Develop and implement work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor the performance of assigned area staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct performance management conversations and recommend disciplinary measures when necessary.
  • Serve as a leader on the project and be the point of contact for customers on site.
  • Plan and oversee the delivery of service to customers, including hands-on work and training for direct reports and other contractors.
  • Respond to facility service work orders from building occupants and monitor the completion of major repairs and planned maintenance.
  • Ensure the work crew follows all company and customer safety practices and utilizes assigned Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Perform a monthly quality and safety walk-through of the site with a customer direct report or as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience in a building or facility environment.
  • High School or GED is required.
  • EPA Universal license required.
  • Proven experience as Facilities Supervisor or relevant position.
  • Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to effectively plan, organize, delegate, and control the work process.
