We are seeking a qualified Children's Health Therapist to join our Integrated Therapy Services team at Children's Health (Dallas). As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide vital therapy services to patients with complex needs, including neuro-rehabilitation, pulmonary, and feeding disorders.

About the Job

  • This position requires working collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including providers, therapists, child life specialists, social workers, dietitians, and respiratory therapists.
  • You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions throughout the patient's stay at Our Children's House.
  • A strong understanding of pediatric therapy principles and practices, particularly in the areas of neuro-rehabilitation, pulmonology, and feeding disorders, is essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric therapy, preferably in a rehabilitation or pediatric setting.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field and a valid certification in the relevant therapy area (e.g., OT, PT, SLP).
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.

Compensation

  • An estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
