About the Job

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a pediatric clinic setting
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Educate patients and families on health-related topics and promote healthy lifestyles
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient encounters
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and adhere to established policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience
  • Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas
  • At least 1 year of experience in a pediatric clinical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compensation

Estimated annual salary: $90,000 - $120,000, based on experience
