Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Use clinical judgment and evidence-based guidelines to assess patients' situations and develop appropriate care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and technologies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas.
  • BLS certification approved by the American Heart Association.
  • PALS/NRP/ACLS certifications (department-specific requirements apply).
  • At least 1 year of job-related experience (preferred).
  • An Associate's degree or equivalent experience (required) or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
