Nexus Children's Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality physical therapy services to our patients. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with a range of physical impairments and disabilities, including neurological and orthopedic conditions.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based research.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • At least one year of experience working in an inpatient and outpatient setting with developmental disabilities and neurological/orthopedic conditions.
  • Licensure by the Physical Therapy Board of Texas.
  • Current CPR certification.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
