About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at the Indiana Hemophilia and Thrombosis Center, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing project management policies, processes, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project management policies, processes, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Provide guidance and support to project leads and teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects, including budget justifications and obtaining project approval.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, including financial data, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Draft and improve existing project management policies, processes, and resources.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or master's certificate, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years' recent experience in the healthcare industry (preferred).
  • Minimum of five years' experience in leading successful projects and project teams.
