The Residence Life and Housing Office at Campbell University is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to serve as a Housing Area Coordinator. This is a full-time, live-in position that requires a Master's degree in a related field and 2-3 years of experience in Residence Life and University Housing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and supervision to Community Assistants in assigned areas.
- Develop and implement residential education programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with hall staff to develop community and assist students.
- Manage and refer incidents that occur in assigned areas.
- Serve in an on-call rotation during regular operating periods and holidays.
- Represent the department at campus events and recruitment initiatives.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in higher education administration, student personnel, social work, counseling, business, or accounting.
- 2-3 years of experience in Residence Life and University Housing.
- Experience in staff supervision and community building.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.
