Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and supervision to Community Assistants in assigned areas.
  • Develop and implement residential education programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with hall staff to develop community and assist students.
  • Manage and refer incidents that occur in assigned areas.
  • Serve in an on-call rotation during regular operating periods and holidays.
  • Represent the department at campus events and recruitment initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in higher education administration, student personnel, social work, counseling, business, or accounting.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Residence Life and University Housing.
  • Experience in staff supervision and community building.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.
