We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Events Coordinator for Sports Partnerships to join our team at CPI Security in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Marketing and Events Coordinator, you'll play a key role in developing and executing our community engagement strategies, focusing on sports marketing and event planning.

About the Job:
  • This position will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the sports industry.
  • You'll negotiate and build single or multi-year partnerships with key collegiate/professional sports teams, building brand affinity through partnerships.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful events that drive brand awareness and customer engagement is a key responsibility.
  • Managing sponsorships, building relationships with partners, and collaborating on community service initiatives to enhance brand reputation are additional duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop targeted marketing strategies and campaigns to promote sports events, teams, or products across digital and traditional channels.
  • Create engaging content to enhance fan experience and drive engagement through social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
  • Support the promotion and execution of sports events, manage sponsorships, build relationships with partners, and collaborate on community service initiatives to enhance brand reputation.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, manage marketing budgets, and optimize strategies based on data insights to maximize impact and ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Sports Marketing.
  • Five years of experience in non-profits, community engagement, sports marketing.
  • Must be located and working from our Corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC.
  • Attention to detail and demonstrated history of event planning/management required.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and partners.
