Support Operations Coordinator

Oakland Community Health Network is seeking a skilled Support Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal and external customer support services.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering exceptional customer support to our clients, including data entry, quality control, and clerical tasks. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment will make you an invaluable asset to our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver internal/external customer support services
- Enter data into spreadsheets, conduct quality checks, and complete clerical tasks
- Generate/updates spreadsheets for record keeping, data tracking, and review
- Record and edit meeting minutes
- Assist in coordinating in-person/virtual meetings
- Deliver prints, copies, and mail requests within established timeframes
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or 2 years in a healthcare-related field (Preferred)
- 1-3 years' experience in healthcare, mental/behavioral health, and community mental health settings
- Accurate typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
- Ability to adhere to HIPAA guidelines for verbal, electronic, and written communication
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail, strong communication, and critical thinking skills
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year
