- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the pharmacy sector.
- Managing returns and issuing credits as necessary.
- Guiding members through the Members Only Site.
- Submitting sourcing requests for items that are not readily available.
- Assisting with customer onboarding processes.
- Contributing to special projects as required.
Candidate Profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM software.
- A collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a flexible approach to work.
- Basic computer skills; experience in call centers and proficiency in Excel is advantageous.
