  • Supporting Sales and Marketing Teams in their initiatives.

  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of the pharmacy sector.
  • Managing returns and issuing credits as necessary.
  • Guiding members through the Members Only Site.
  • Submitting sourcing requests for items that are not readily available.
  • Assisting with customer onboarding processes.
  • Contributing to special projects as required.

Candidate Profile

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM software.
  • A collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a flexible approach to work.
  • Basic computer skills; experience in call centers and proficiency in Excel is advantageous.
