Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and direct hotel operations to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction, and efficiency
  • Manage and coordinate staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Monitor and control labor standards and property-level expenses to maximize profit
  • Ensure timely and accurate collection of guest balances and direct bill receivables
  • Participate in monthly inventory of supplies and equipment and ensure purchases are within budget
  • Work with the District Manager and Regional Director of Field Sales to manage sales activities and meet revenue objectives
  • Identify and pursue potential business opportunities in the local market
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet company standards
  • Communicate company policies and procedures to staff and conduct regular meetings to provide updates and information
Requirements
  • Minimum three years of related hospitality management experience required; four-year degree highly preferred
  • Basic knowledge of computers and software, including email, word processing, and spreadsheet software
  • Ability to organize multiple projects, manage and prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage and direct staff to perform daily job tasks
