Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the whereabouts of service technicians.

  • Manage the dispatch board and maintain backup systems as required.
  • Participate in training to enhance sales and ensure accurate dispatching of incoming requests.
  • Document results of service calls and report performance metrics to management.
  • Facilitate communication across various departments.
  • Maintain a professional office environment and manage customer relations effectively.
  • Provide updates to customers regarding service status.
  • Address operational and service issues that require immediate resolution.
  • Oversee equipment and parts ordering and tracking.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers regarding ongoing or proposed jobs.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as typing, photocopying, and filing, while supporting team members.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and make sound decisions.
  • Maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess reliable transportation, a stable employment history, and a strong desire to excel. A pre-employment background check and drug screening are required. Experience in dispatching or the plumbing industry is advantageous, as is sales experience. A High School Diploma is required, while a college degree is preferred.
