CycleBar is seeking a General Manager to lead our state-of-the-art location in Tigard. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue within the studio, meeting studio sales goals, and building lasting relationships with prospective and current members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating leads through Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
  • Sales and membership growth
  • Staff scheduling and supervision
  • CBX Team management
  • Studio cleanliness and organization
  • Networking and community events
  • Marketing campaigns for lead generation

Requirements include:

  • 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience
  • Confident sales generation and training
  • Ability to manage and drive 2 revenue streams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-changing environment
