About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing and Access Lead to join our team at Organon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive business growth and improve patient access to our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with our business objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and develop plans to achieve them.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on pricing and reimbursement to support business development activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, providers, and government agencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to inform pricing and access strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or healthcare.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing and reimbursement, with a focus on pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced MS-Access and Excel skills, with experience working with large datasets and complex financial models.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with pricing and reimbursement in the US, with a focus on pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
  • Understanding of the US product contracting environment, including government pricing calculations and reimbursement policies.
  • Experience working with payers, providers, and government agencies to develop and implement pricing and access strategies.
