About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing and Access Lead to join our team at Organon & Co. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in pricing and market access to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to ensure optimal revenue growth and market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute market access plans
  • Provide subject matter expertise on pricing and reimbursement to support business development initiatives
  • Manage and maintain pricing databases and reports to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, economics, pharmacy)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing and market access, with a strong background in pharmaceuticals or healthcare
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced MS-Access and Excel skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with government pricing calculations and reimbursement policies
  • Understanding of US product contracting environment and pricing regulations
  • Strong knowledge of market access and pricing trends in the pharmaceutical industry
