Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solar Installer to join our team at PosiGen. As a Solar Installer, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission of making solar energy accessible to all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and install solar panels and support structures in accordance with industry standards and codes.
  • Measure, cut, assemble, and bolt structural framing and solar modules to ensure a safe and efficient installation process.
  • Electrically wire AC/DC systems and structurally mount racking and electrical equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure timely and high-quality installations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest solar installation techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; prior experience working on roofs and in confined spaces a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and diagrams.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety.
