About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Stores Executive Internship program. As a Stores Executive Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a retail leadership role, working closely with our Executive Team Lead (ETL) mentor and other leaders in the building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of hourly team members, team leaders, and create business strategies and goals
  • Recruit, select, and talent manage hourly team members and leaders
  • Set and plan departmental monthly/quarterly workload to support business priorities and manage a team to deliver service and sales goals
  • Partner with leaders regarding team member performance by teaching, coaching, training, and delivering timely performance feedback
  • Address team member concerns and remove hurdles to ensure smooth operations and goal attainment
What You'll Learn

As a Stores Executive Intern, you will gain valuable experience in:

  • Guest service fundamentals and experience building and managing a guest-first team culture across the store
  • Managing a team of hourly team members, team leaders, and creating business strategies and goals
  • Recruiting, selecting, and talent managing hourly team members and leaders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong interest in working in retail, specifically within our stores in management
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
  • Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays)
