Job Summary:

The Tensioner Technician will be responsible for maintaining the daily operation of the primary tensioner machine(s) at US Tsubaki Automotive, LLC. This position will ensure the machine is producing high-quality parts while meeting productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain tensioner machining equipment, including tooling adjustment, presetting, and preventative maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot basic machine issues and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Ensure the quality of produced parts meets company standards.
  • Operate small quality testing equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and microscopes.
  • Read and interpret part prints.
  • Run one line at a time, with the ability to operate up to four lines.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Zero to two years of related experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Experience with 5S principles and basic problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
