Position Overview:
As a Marketo Platform Architect, you will serve as a subject matter expert in Marketo technology, leveraging it to optimize customer business processes. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing, deploying, and optimizing a variety of landing pages and email marketing campaigns.
  • Translating business requirements into product specifications and collaborating with product management for enhancements.
  • Providing both business and technical solutions to maximize customer utilization of the platform.
  • Measuring performance against key metrics such as click-through rates, open rates, and registered advertisers.
  • Communicating effectively with clients in both written and verbal formats, while maintaining accurate records in our case management system.
  • Building strong relationships with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations teams.
  • Taking ownership of issues and accounts until resolution, coordinating with other teams as necessary and managing customer expectations.
  • Conducting problem characterization, reproduction, diagnosis, and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborating with Engineering teams to prioritize issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Sharing best practices with colleagues to improve the quality and efficiency of customer support and contribute to the knowledge base.
  • Providing technical support to partners and vendors.
Qualifications:
  • Over 10 years of experience with Marketing Automation platforms, including a minimum of 3 years specifically with Marketo.
  • Familiarity with additional platforms such as Adobe Campaign is a plus.
  • Proven experience in delivering marketing automation projects, particularly in implementations and integrations (CRM, CMS).
  • Experience with audits or application support is also beneficial.
  • Background in digital marketing agencies or managed service providers in marketing technology.
  • Experience in gathering marketing and technical requirements for client implementations.
  • Understanding of lead generation, lead nurturing, and sales/marketing alignment.
