About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Guest Services team. As a Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our guests at Minute Maid Park.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist guests with disabilities, mobility issues, and related needs, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout their visit.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the concourse and surrounding areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Operate ticket scanners and review tickets to ensure guests have valid tickets to enter the ballpark.
  • Provide clear directions and information to guests, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service, even in challenging situations.
  • Basic knowledge of the Houston Astros and Minute Maid Park, with a willingness to learn and grow with the team.
