Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of medical assistants.
  • Enhance patient satisfaction through efficient workflows.
  • Solve operational challenges and boost productivity.
  • Comply with established policies and procedures.
  • Train and mentor medical assistants to reach their full potential.
  • Support patients as needed while maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and infection control best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or its equivalent.
  • Completion of an accredited medical assisting program.
  • CMA certification.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a certified medical assistant.
  • Previous leadership experience in a clinical setting.
  • BLS certification.
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
