Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Assistant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic. As a Clinical Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supervising medical assistants, ensuring efficient patient flow, and maintaining high standards of clinical care.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of medical assistants.
  • Ensure efficient patient flow and positive patient experiences.
  • Problem-solve operational challenges and improve productivity.
  • Enforce compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Assist with patient care as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and infection control guidelines.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduation from an accredited medical assisting program.
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant.
  • Previous leadership experience in a clinical setting.
  • BLS certification.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • An estimated annual salary range of $75,000 - $80,000.
  • Weekly paychecks via direct deposit.
