Overview

We are seeking a skilled Host/Hostess to join our team at the American Grill.

Responsibilities

This role involves welcoming and greeting guests, obtaining information, and ushering them to their seats. The ideal candidate will provide a positive guest experience and promote a friendly atmosphere.

Key duties include:

  • Greeting guests in a positive manner
  • Obtaining basic information from guests
  • Ushering guests to their seats
  • Promoting positive guest/employee relations
  • Conducting themselves in accordance with gaming regulations and departmental policies

Qualifications

  • Prior food and beverage experience is required, with fine dining experience preferred
  • Open availability is preferred
  • Ability to deliver exceptional service and create a memorable experience for guests
  • Commitment to going above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities
  • Must present a professional appearance and communicate effectively with guests in English

Work Environment:

  • Duties are typically performed on the Casino Floor in a fast-paced, guest-smoking environment
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear
